“My accessory wiring was getting pretty messy. This gave me one place for the relays and fuses, and the whole setup looks much cleaner now. Label your circuits while you’re putting it together. You’ll thank yourself the next time you need to trace a wire.”

    Wade Hollister

“The pre-wired version saved me some assembly work. You still need to plan your connections and mounting location, so give yourself time to do it properly. Pretty useful if you’re adding several accessories and want to keep everything organized.”

    Garrett Whitcomb

“I’m comfortable with basic wiring, but I still like having a diagram in front of me. The reference helped me follow the connections and plan everything out. My advice: double-check the terminal markings on your actual relays before making your final connections.”

    Vaughn Mercer

    Description

BikerZonz MotoCircuit 6-Way Fuse & Relay Box

Give your motorcycle’s electrical upgrades a cleaner, more organized home.

Adding accessories should make your bike more useful without leaving you with scattered relays, loose fuse holders, and wiring that becomes harder to follow with every upgrade. The BikerZonz MotoCircuit brings six ATO fuse positions and four relay positions together in one covered housing, helping you build an accessory setup that is easier to organize, inspect, and maintain.

Whether you are planning an auxiliary lighting installation or reorganizing existing accessory circuits, MotoCircuit gives you a central place to manage the components behind your setup.

✅ KEEP YOUR ACCESSORY WIRING ORGANIZED

Bring your fuse and relay locations together instead of mounting individual holders throughout your bike. The organized layout helps you plan clearer wiring routes and keep related components in one accessible location. When paired with neatly secured wiring and labeled circuits, it becomes easier to understand where each accessory connects and find the circuit you need when making adjustments.

✅ SIX FUSE POSITIONS FOR INDIVIDUAL CIRCUIT PROTECTION

The housing accommodates six standard ATO blade fuses, allowing you to arrange separate fused branches for compatible accessories. Correctly selected fuses help protect wiring against excessive current, including short-circuit conditions. This gives each connected branch an appropriate point of protection, provided the fuse rating is matched to the wiring and the accessory’s requirements.

✅ FOUR RELAY POSITIONS FOR ACCESSORY CONTROL

Four dedicated relay positions let you bring multiple relay-controlled circuits into the same assembly. With correctly wired relays, your control switch operates the relay coil while the accessory’s load current passes through the relay contacts. This helps reduce the current your control switch needs to carry directly, making the box useful for properly designed auxiliary lighting and other compatible accessory installations.

✅ EASIER ACCESS WHEN IT IS TIME TO TROUBLESHOOT

A removable cover gives you access to the fuse and relay positions for inspection and servicing. Keeping these components together can make it easier to locate a circuit, check a fuse, or replace a compatible relay without searching several different areas of the bike. Add clear circuit labels during installation to make future maintenance even more straightforward.

✅ STANDARD ATO BLADE FUSE FORMAT

MotoCircuit uses the standard ATO blade fuse format, helping keep fuse selection and replacement straightforward. Choose the correct current rating for each circuit, then keep matching spares with your riding essentials. If a fuse blows, identify and correct the cause before replacing it with the specified rating.

✅ COVERED HOUSING WITH BUILT-IN MOUNTING TABS

The black housing groups the components beneath a removable cover, while integrated mounting tabs provide attachment points for a suitable mounting surface. Measuring approximately 100 × 70 × 81 mm with the cover fitted, the enclosure gives you a defined space to plan around. Allow additional room for the mounting tabs, wiring exits, cable bends, and access to remove the cover.

Choose the configuration that matches your installation.

Relay voltage, pin configuration, included fuses, terminals, and wiring depend on the selected version. Match the assembly to your vehicle’s electrical system and the circuits you intend to build. A 40A marking on a supplied relay refers to that relay’s stated rating, not a verified total capacity for the complete box.

Installation requires suitable wiring, correctly rated circuit protection, and secure mounting. Check the selected package contents and available mounting space before ordering.

    ALL-COPPER ELECTROMAGNETIC RELAY COILS

Inside each relay, a copper-wire electromagnetic coil operates the switching mechanism. When the coil receives a control signal, it creates a magnetic field that moves the relay contacts, opening or closing the connected circuit. This allows a relatively small control current to operate a higher-current accessory circuit through the relay contacts. For your motorcycle setup, that means your handlebar switch can control compatible accessories without carrying their full operating current directly. The copper winding forms the working core of this switching process.

    HIGH-CONDUCTIVITY COPPER-CORE WIRING

The wiring uses conductive copper cores to carry electrical current through the assembly. Copper’s low electrical resistance makes it a practical choice for accessory wiring, helping limit resistance-related losses when the wire size and length are appropriate for the load. The stranded construction also provides flexibility for routing the leads around your chosen mounting location and organizing them into a tidy harness. Paired with secure connections and correctly rated circuit protection, copper-core wiring supports an effective electrical connection between the relay assembly and your compatible accessories.

WIRING DIAGRAM FOR A CLEARER INSTALLATION

Plan your connections with a visual reference that helps you understand how the system fits together. The wiring diagram identifies the relay terminals and connection paths for power, control signals, and accessory outputs, making it easier to organize your installation before connecting the wires. It also provides a useful reference when tracing a circuit or making changes later. Follow the diagram that matches your selected relay configuration, and label each accessory circuit as you install it to make future maintenance more straightforward.

    • “My favorite part is having everything where I can get to it. Cover off, fuses and relays right there. Simple. Mount it somewhere you can actually reach later, and leave yourself enough room to remove the cover.”

      Daryl Hensley.

    • “Nice layout, but definitely measure your available space first. The box needs room for the wiring and cover clearance too. I’d recommend picking your mounting spot before ordering. Once you’ve planned for that, it’s a tidy way to bring your accessory circuits together.”

      Lyle Brennan.

    • “The copper wiring was one of the reasons I picked this setup. I care about the little details when I’m adding electrical accessories to my bike. Still worth taking your time with the connections and choosing the right fuse for each circuit. Good components are only part of a good installation.”

      Curtis Langford.

      Frequently Asked Questions

What can I use MotoCircuit for?

It helps organize wiring for compatible accessories such as auxiliary lights and horns, keeping fuses and relays together in one accessible housing.

How many circuits can it accommodate?

The box has six fuse positions and four relay positions. This allows separate fused circuits, with up to four controlled through relays, depending on your wiring setup.

      Which version should I choose?

Match the 12V or 24V version to your vehicle’s electrical system. Choose 4-pin relays for normally open switching or 5-pin relays when your circuit requires a changeover contact.

      Will it fit my motorcycle?

Check your available mounting space before ordering. The housing measures approximately 100 × 70 × 81 mm, or 3.94 × 2.76 × 3.19 inches, with the cover fitted. Allow extra room for mounting tabs and wiring.

Is it ready to plug in and use?

The pre-wired setup reduces assembly work, but you still need to mount the box and connect power, controls, and accessories correctly. Installation requires automotive electrical knowledge.

      Is the box waterproof?

A waterproof rating has not been confirmed. Install it in a protected location away from direct rain, splashes, and wash jets.

What if I need to return or exchange it?

We offer 60-day returns and exchanges with free return shipping. Contact our support team to arrange your return or exchange.
